Cough Calmer Tea
Looking for a soothing tea blend to help with a stubborn cough? This blend of herbs will do wonders. Elecampane, Angelica, and Hyssop provide expectorant and antispasmodic actions that help relax and move gunk up and out of the lungs. Calendula is a demulcent which helps soothe irritated tissue. Korean Licorice Mint (Bae Cho Hyang) is a warming aromatic which helps encourage movement in the lungs and soothes the digestive system.
The flavor of this tea is warm and earthy, with bright licorice notes and a subtle minty sweetness.

Suggested Use
Loose leaf herbal teas can be brewed to your desired strength. Start with 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of water and adjust to your preference. Pour boiling water over the tea and let steep for 3-5 minutes or longer. Strain out leaves before consuming. Add honey to taste.
