Cough Ease Tea
Looking for a soothing tea blend to help with a stubborn cough? This simple trio of herbs will do wonders. Elecampane root is a wonderful expectorant that helps move gunk up and out of the lungs. Calendula is a demulcent which helps soothe irritated tissue. Korean Licorice Mint (Bae Cho Hyang) is a warming aromatic which helps encourage movement in the lungs and soothes the digestive system.
The flavor of this tea is warm and earthy, with bright licorice notes and a subtle minty sweetness.
All the herbs are grown and hand-harvested by Emily here at Moonrise Meadows Farm in northwest Washington. See our About page for why regeneratively grown, local herbs matter.
