Clair de Lune Tea
Like the classic song this tea draws its name from, Clair de Lune will soothe your senses with its pleasing notes.
The flavor of this black tea is floral with a honeyed malt. Notes of chrysanthemum and stone fruit. When paired with our peppermint and lavender, you get an invigorating brightness from the mint and a subtle herbaceous floral aftertaste from the lavender.
We take great care in sourcing our black tea. This rare Wakoucha comes from two Certified Organic family farms in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
All the herbs are grown and hand-harvested by Emily here at Moonrise Meadows Farm in northwest Washington. See our About page for why regeneratively grown, local herbs matter.
Suggested Use
Loose leaf herbal teas can be brewed to your desired strength. Start with 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of water and adjust to your preference. Pour boiling water over the tea and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain out leaves before consuming. Add honey to taste.
