Tom Yum Fire Cider
A lot of heat, a little sweet! Fire cider is a classic tonic prized by herbalists to rev the immune and digestive systems. We added a twist to the typical recipe by adding some delightful Southeast Asian flavors. Inspired by Emily's pre-farming travels in Thailand and Laos, and the beautiful crop of lemongrass we grew from seed this year in our high tunnel, we hope this fire cider brings a little zing to your winter!

Suggested Use
Our fire cider is great by the spoonful or shot glass. Or, enjoy in a dressing or marinade! Keep refrigerated and consume within 6 months of the batch date.
